Shopping: I don't much like shopping to begin with, but competing with 10,000 others for the "perfect item" is insane. Whoever thought of online shopping is a GENIUS!!!
Christmas Sweaters: Somewhere along the way, someone thought it would be a great idea to put cutesy crap on a sweater, with BELLS and call it fashion. I am sure this person was from some mid-west town and was about 80. They should have kept it to themselves.
Trying to Lose Weight: OK, this kind of contradicts my "why i love the holidays" post, but go with it. I have a system and it is working. Slowly, but it is working. When you mess w/ the system by throwing 10 pounds of food, 42 dozen cookies and chocolate everything in my way, I am going to eat it. I could blame it on my own lack of self control, but I think I'll blame whoever is pushing the chocolate crack in my way instead. It makes me feel better to blame others :)
Going to the Gym: I don't hate actually going to the gym, but my gym is in the mall. So trying to park at the gym is insane. I have done my best to avoid the "worst" days, but as we get closer to Christmas, it seems they are all bad days. Don't you people know about online shopping??
The Bells: You know, the Salvation Army bells ringing incessantly in your ear every time you go near a retail establishment. Tell these people to stop with the bells and get cute children or puppies to draw people in. The bells are running people away!
Constant Christmas Carols: There is a loop of about 10 songs, being sung by 10 different people, 10 different ways... but still the same 10 friggin songs and it doesn't stop! I don't give a damn about what Santa Baby brings you. I could give less of a crap about Rudolph and his friggin problems getting along w/ the other reindeer. GIVE IT A REST!! Come up with new songs or take a few and rotate them with other music.
