Clue

Over the last few months, our group of friends has started playing a lot of card and board games. According to some "personality" quizes, this makes us dorks... but I have never denied that I am a little dorky.

This week we played Clue. I don't remember the last time I played this game, but I had so much fun with it.

The game is still basically the same, but the game pieces have been updated. For example, the characters are all people, not just colored pegs. This made it hard for B to be "Captain Ketchup"... so we decided that while Captain Ketchup (aka Miss Scarlet) was a man... he went in drag during off hours. Then, because women were the only one's playing, and we wanted to be the colors of the boy characters, we decided that Prof. Plum and Rev. Green were both gay.

The other surprising thing about the game is that there is now a back story for the characters. Did you know that Miss Scarlet (the drag queen) was Mrs. Peacock's daughter? Did you know that Mr. Green was a Rev? I had no idea.

I did OK, but Mrs. E won most of the games... she is just THAT good.
